Hello ❋
I’ve already shared some calendar inspirations for 2026, but I’ve found this one from Synonime studio, and I especially loved the concept of dot-to-dot drawing each day.
For Christmas, I received a lot of books! Among those, I’ve already finished Silent Jenny, a French graphic novel by Mathieu Bablet that I was very excited to read. The book depicts a dystopian world where bees and pollinators have disappeared, leaving the earth to die. I really appreciated the story and how beautifully done the drawings were.
One of the most useful things I found recently is a tool that just lets you set a scale to print a grid at home. There are even options for dot grids or perspective.
Readymag, the website builder, shared its Websites of the Year 2025, showcasing creative pages and original formats. I especially liked Jo Iijima’s portfolio, Joana Tavares’ layout and Emergence Projects navigation and art direction.
Stamps are a super cool medium to work on as a graphic designer. You have a tiny space, so you need an impactful design. Even if you can’t use them to send your mail, I love Scout editions stamps for their playfulness and clever layouts.
