Hello ❋
Good quality and realistic handmade fonts are rare, Bijoux display is one that I could use in some of my projects. Mostly because it was crafted with a lipstick for real.
Recently, I was looking for an illustrator script to rename my artboards more efficiently. In my research, I’ve found this incredible github page, which lists hundreds of incredibly helpful scripts.
You know my love for brutalist architecture, Giulio Pottery Studio draws inspiration from this movement to create unique ceramics. Like the Brutalist Cup 01 where he mixes a cement-like base with a bolt as a handle.
Navigating Are.na, I came across a PDF version of The Art Of Computer Designing by Osamu Sato. I love the weirdness and analogue vibes of the graphics that remind me of some retro futuristic interfaces you can find in older films or anime.
Doing some more research, I’ve found some very interesting pieces of art made by Osamu Sato, on archive.org. He is an artist working on electronic music and video games. His digital art seems to be linked to the beginning of experimental 3D computer art, which is sometimes uncanny. But what I liked most, besides this original soundtrack from his game LSD and this epileptic Alphabet video, are his 2D illustrations.
